Welcome to Rahat Umrah. By booking or interacting with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully to understand the terms of service and travel expectations.
1. Booking & Registration
All pilgrims are required to fill out Rahat Umrah’s official booking form completely and
accurately. Incomplete applications or false information may lead to rejection or
cancellation of the booking.
2. Passport & Documentation
An international passport valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of travel is
mandatory. Bookings under the Basic Travel Quota (BTQ) scheme will require compliance
with RBI guidelines.
3. Travel Services & Liability
Rahat Umrah acts as a coordinator for Umrah services and does not own or operate
airlines, hotels, transport, or catering. We carefully select all vendors but are not
liable for delays, service failures, or mishaps caused by third parties, natural
calamities, strikes, or governmental restrictions.
4. Luggage & Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for the loss, damage, or delay of baggage. Pilgrims are advised
to label and secure their belongings. Baggage allowance and policies are subject to
airline regulations, and excess charges must be borne by the pilgrim.
5. Room Services & Amenities
Hotel room services are limited and subject to the hotel's rules. Triple and quad
sharing rooms may be assigned as per package selection and group structure.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
After Booking & Before Visa Appointment (Administrative Charges) :: Rs. 10,000/-
After Visa Approval - 25000/-
Less than 60 days of tour departure - 50%
Less than 45 days of tour departure - 75%
Less than 30 days of tour departure - 100%
Flight & Visa Cost is 100% Non Refundable once Booked.
